HB-508 water jet loom

The HB508 water jet loom has undergone a re optimized design of its machine structure and moving parts, featuring high degree of mechatronics integration, high speed, and energy efficiency. The beating mechanism has been improved, resulting in a significant reduction in overall vibration and noise, as well as a significant increase in overall rigidity and stability; Adopting a separate nozzle seat, the position and direction of each nozzle can be set separately. It uses a super starter motor, a large capacity electromagnetic brake, and a positioning parking function. The use of a new energy-saving nozzle greatly reduces water consumption. It is a new type of water jet loom suitable for weaving lightweight to medium thick fabrics.
